This information can be downloaded by the insured person from the online Claim Status Check link Consulta de Expedientes Vía Web (consorseguros.es). To do this, they only have to provide the NIF (tax ID) of the insured person and the CCS file number. This file number should have been communicated to you, via SMS or email when registering your claim. This information will include whether it is a file processed due to damage caused by the DANA that occurred between 28 October and 4 November, the insured person's NIF, the file number, the file status, the type of risk and, in the case of motor vehicles, whether compensation has been paid for total loss. In the event that the payment has already been made, information will also be given on whether it is an advance payment or the final payment.
