Consorcio has been entrusted the function of protection of creditors by insurance contract (insured persons, beneficiaries and third parties) in case the regulator orders the liquidation of an insolvent insurance company, or the own company voluntarily asks for its dissolution.
This announcement serves as a call for the submission of credits and the applicable deadlines. In accordance with the provisions of Article 185.4 of Law 20/2015, of 14 July, on the regulation, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies (LOSSEAR for its Spanish initials) and Article 226 of Royal Decree 1060/2015, of 20 November, approving the Regulation on the organisation, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies (ROSSEAR for its Spanish initials), it is hereby announced that on 24 July 2025, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business agreed, by means of Order ECM/829/2025 (BOE No. 184, of 1 August), the revocation of the administrative authorisation of HELLO INSURANCE GROUP, COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS, S.A., its dissolution, and entrusted its liquidation to Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS).

You should also know that the Consorcio covers up to the legal limit of the Compulsory insurance in force on the date when the claim occurred.
The rest of the amount not covered by the Compulsory Insurance for Motor Vehicles will be the amount that the CCS itself in its liquidating function will take into consideration in the liquidation and therefore it will offer, at the approved percentage, the acquisition of your credit.
