Change in the CCS public procurement regime

From 30 October 2025, the legal regime governing public procurement by Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS) will be that set out in Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts for contracting authorities other than the Public Administration (PANAP).

Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS) publishes the data on sums insured in property damage by zip code and risk class. This is the estimate of sums insured in property damage, based on the surcharges by risk class reported to CCS by the insurance companies through the surcharge declaration system SIR.
