Registration of information through the online form

The person making use of the channel is responsible for the incorrect use of the channel, as well as for the contents or the information provided. The submission of fraudulent or false information may lead to disciplinary responsibilities, in accordance with the Labour Relations Framework in force in the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros, and judicial responsibilities for the person making the complaint.

Information may not be provided for purposes other than those foreseen in the regulations governing the channel, or that violate the fundamental rights to honour, image and personal and family privacy of third parties, which are contrary to the dignity of the person or which violate the regulations on the protection of personal data.

In the event of litigation between the person supplying the information and third parties, the entity shall be exonerated from any claim, damage or demand of any kind related to the litigation.
