The fourteenth additional provision to the Law 20/2015, of the 14th of July, on arrangement, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies, established that from the financial year 2016 onwards information about the premiums, for the purpose of settling the rates for the maintenance of the fire prevention and extinction service and for the special contributions for the establishment and extension of the fire extinction service, had to be forwarded to the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros.
