The Consorcio's publications are available to interested parties while stocks last, and can be requested from the Sub-Directorate for Research and International Relations (estudiosrrii@consorseguros.es), at Pº Castellana 32, 28046 de Madrid.

Publications will normally be sent without any cost for the applicant, unless the publications to be sent acquire a certain weight and volume in which case the cost of posting will be for the applicant's account.

The Consorcio's publications can be reproduced, in whole or in part, by any means deemed appropriate, as long as the information thus obtained is destined for training or dissemination of insurance matters, and the origin of same is indicated.

Interested parties who wish to access the CCS General Archive and can justify a relevant legitimate, scientific, statistical or cultural interest with respect to the documentation that they need to consult, have at their disposal a standard request application that they should fill out and send to the CCS either by e-mail (ccs@consorseguros.es) o by post. The postal address is Departamento de Servicios Generales, Paseo de la Castellana, nº 32, Madrid-28046.

Any consultation of the general CCS archive will be carried out in accordance with the procedures established by the corresponding internal circular, and will adhere strictly to the norms relating to access to public archives, to the reuse of information in the public sector and, particularly, to those norms relating to the protection of personal data.

Any decision taken by the competent department with regard to an application will be transmitted to the applicant in writing.
