HELLO INSURANCE GROUP, COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS S.A. (in winding-up process)

This announcement serves as a call for the submission of credits and the applicable deadlines. In accordance with the provisions of Article 185.4 of Law 20/2015, of 14 July, on the regulation, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies (LOSSEAR for its Spanish initials) and Article 226 of Royal Decree 1060/2015, of 20 November, approving the Regulation on the organisation, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies (ROSSEAR for its Spanish initials), it is hereby announced that on 24 July 2025, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business agreed, by means of Order ECM/829/2025 (BOE No. 184, of 1 August), the revocation of the administrative authorisation of HELLO INSURANCE GROUP, COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS, S.A., its dissolution, and entrusted its liquidation to Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS).

Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS), in collaboration with DIGITEL, has produced a practical manual that explains in detail how to proceed when accessing the URL for automatic file management. This document aims to facilitate the use of the tool, ensuring efficient navigation and correct processing of files from the first access for those MUNITEC policyholders who have not yet completed their credit collection file. The manual contains step-by-step instructions for accessing the platform, as well as a visual guide for managing files.

In accordance with Article 228 of Royal Decree 1060/2015, of 20 November, on the regulation, supervision, and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies, having verified the inactivity and lack of assets of the insurance company in winding-up proccess, Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros has carried out the winding-up process as stipulated in Chapter II of Title VII of Law 20/2015, of 14 July, and its implementing regulations. Thus, it has paid the necessary expenses for its winding up from the Consorcio's own resources.

(in liquidation)’, published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on 20 September 2025.

By Order ECM/829/2025, of 24 July 2025, BOE No. 184 (Spanish Official Gazette), of 1 August, at the proposal of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds, the administrative authorisation for the exercise of insurance activity was revoked from the entity HELLO INSURANCE GROUP, COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS, S.A., IN LIQUIDATION, hereinafter HELLO INSURANCE, was revoked, agreeing to its dissolution and entrusting its liquidation to Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros.

By Resolution of 30 July 2025, issued by the Directorate General for Financing of the Regional Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Valencian Regional Government (Generalitat Valenciana), CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS has taken over the liquidation of the entity 'Montepío de previsión social de chóferes y mecánicos de Castellón y provincia' registered on pages 46 et seq., of Volume 709 of Companies, Book 276 of the General Section, Page CS-7569, with Tax ID V12019790 (until 2008 G12019790).
