From 30 October 2025, the contracting regime of Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros is that provided for in Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, for contracting authorities other than the Public Administration (PANAP), and therefore the provisions of Articles 316 to 320 of Title I, Book Three, of the Public Sector Contracts Law shall apply.
The approved scales for the services of lawyers, medical experts, insurance experts and agricultural insurance control experts remain in force:
- Scale of lawyers' fees.
- Scale of medical experts' fees.
- Scale of insurance experts' fees.
- Scale of agricultural insurance control experts' fees.
