Within the framework of the Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance, the Consorcio has the management of the Insured Vehicles Database (IVA) entrusted to it. All the insurance companies that operate using this insurance, including those that do so under the right of establishment or under that of free provision of services, are obliged, from the moment they start their operations, to inform the IVA on a daily basis of all the new registrations and removals of motor vehicles insured by them.
