In accordance with Article 228 of Royal Decree 1060/2015, of 20 November, on the regulation, supervision, and solvency of insurance and reinsurance companies, having verified the inactivity and lack of assets of the insurance company in winding-up proccess, Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros has carried out the winding-up process as stipulated in Chapter II of Title VII of Law 20/2015, of 14 July, and its implementing regulations. Thus, it has paid the necessary expenses for its winding up from the Consorcio's own resources.
