This is a protection measure for the creditors due to insurance contracts that substantially improves their position regarding the other creditors and it is specified in the following points:

• The payment is made in advance by CCS without having to wait for the end of the liquidation process.
• The percentage to be paid is greater than the one that will be the result of the liquidation.
• The credits that are acquired by the Consorcio are those derived from claims, surrendering of life insurance policies, as well as the premium that has not been used as a result of the early expiry of the contracts.
