Informative database on insured motor vehicles (FIVA) (articles 23 to 28 and Annex of Regulation RC compulsory insurance in motor vehicle traffic).
Supply of information by the insurance companies of data relating to vehicles insured by the companies to the Ministry of Finance and Tax (Resolution of 27th February 2001 of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds).
Cession of data appearing in the automated databases of the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros and the Directorate General of Traffic in order to make control of the obligation to contract motor liability insurance effective (Resolution of 14th March 2001, of the Sub-Secretariat of the Ministry of the Presidency, ordering the publication of the Resolution of 27th February of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds and the Directorate General of Traffic).
