How can I send information about the claim to Consorcio?
In both cases of claims for compensation filed online through the Consorcio website or by telephone using the Call Centre, documental information will be provided to the Consorcio's loss adjuster when he or she makes the visit to assess the damages and it will include the following:
In the rare case of not being able to file the claim for compensation for property damage by telephone or through the website, it may be made in writing addressed to the Regional Branch of Consorcio corresponding to the place where the loss took place. The addresses of our Offices can be supplied by our call centre (900 222 665) and they can also be found at the Consorcio website. In this case, the damage communication sheet may be presented directly or by post to the Office or through the insurance company with which the policy was contracted, or through the agent or broker who intervened in the contract, but it may not be sent to Consorcio by fax or by e-mail.
