The service will be open to the public from: 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.

Using the telephone number 900 222 665 insured parties may:

  • Obtain information about how to present a claim for compensation (insurance for extraordinary risks or Civil Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicles).
  • File claims for compensation for damages in extraordinary risks.
  • Make consultations about incidences or the status of the processing of a claim for compensation (insurance for extraordinary risks or Civil Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicles).
  • Contract a civil liability insurance for motor vehicles when vehicle insurance has been rejected by private insurance companies.
  • The policyholders or insured of a policy of compulsory car insurance contracted with the consortium may communicate to this entity the occurrence of a traffic accident.
  • Request information about questions related to the liquidation of insurance companies and where the insured party, as such, has interests involved.
  • Collect information about how to consult the FIVA (Insured Vehicles Database).
