The Contracting Profile of the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros is published on the State Contracting Platform, in accordance with that set forth in article 347 of the Law 9/2017, of the 8th of November, on Public Sector Contracts. This article transposes to the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of the 26th of February, 2014, in which it is established that, in all cases, the contracting profiles of the contracting bodies of all the entities in the State public sector must be compulsorily lodged on the Public Sector's Contracting Platform, and be exclusively managed and circulated through it.
