This transparency section offers information on the activity of Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros, E.P.E. to stakeholders. It includes, among other data, corporate and organisational information, as well as its economic and financial management. By the same token, it offers the channel for submitting requests for access to public information under the terms set out in Act 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information, and Good Governance, as well as offering access to the internal information channel of CCS in compliance with Act 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements, and the fight against corruption.

Right of Access to Public Information

The right of access to public information, regulated in Act 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, makes it possible to request in this section any public information or documentation held by CCS, which has been prepared or acquired in the exercise of its functions and is not subject to the limitations of the aforementioned Act.

You can access the public information request channel through the Transparency Portal of the General State Administration (AGE).
