Consorcio de Compensacion de Seguros (CCS) has enabled a specific link on its website to check the status of your claim (Online Claim Check (consorseguros.es)). All you have to do is provide the insured person's NIF (tax ID) and the CCS file number. This file number should have been communicated to you via SMS or email when submitting your claim.

If you do not have the file number, please send an e-mail to ccs@consorseguros.es, indicating in the subject: solicitud número de expediente  (file number request).
