2. Necesito copia de la hoja de la comunicación de daños al CCS o un certificado de pérdida total para la solicitud de ayudas.
2. I need a copy of the damage report form (Hoja de comunicación de daños) to the CCS or a certificate of total loss to apply for grants.
This information can be downloaded by the insured person from the online Claim Status Check link (Consulta de Expedientes Vía Web (consorseguros.es). To do this, they only have to provide the NIF (tax ID) of the insured person and the CCS file number. This file number should have been communicated to you, via SMS or email when registering your claim. This information will include whether it is a file processed due to damage caused by the DANA that occurred between 28 October and 4 November, the insured person's NIF, the file number, the file status, the type of risk and, in the case of motor vehicles, whether compensation has been paid for total loss.
If you do not have the file number, please, send an e-mail to ccs@consorseguros.es, indicating in the subject: solicitud número de expediente (file number request).
In any case, we inform you that if you are requesting the damage report form or the total loss certificate to apply for PLAN REINICIA AUTO or other public aid, these documents are not necessary for processing.
Royal Decree-Law 8/2024 of 28 November, which adopts urgent complementary measures within the framework of the Plan for Immediate Response, Reconstruction and Relaunching in the face of the damage caused by the DANA (cut-off low system) in different municipalities between 28 October and 4 November 2024, includes in its text and, in particular in articles 10, 21 and the Third Final Provision thereof, that applications for aid include the applicant’s consent for the transfer of data held by CCS, so that this transmission of data will be carried out directly by electronic means from this Entity to the public body responsible for processing the aid without the need for the applicant to provide certification or proof relating to the claim submission to CCS.
