In addition, filing a claim with Consorcio is quite simple: you can do it through our call centre that is also available in English and French (900 222 665, calling from Spain or +34 952 367 042 if you’re calling from abroad) or through the Consorcio website (www.consorseguros.es), providing data identifying the policy, the policyholder and the insured and damaged item, and the bank account for us to transfer the compensation payment.
