The unknown creditors of the School Mutual Society of Social Welfare for the Association of Parents of Pupils of the Colegio Inmaculado Corazón de María (PORTACELI), in liquidation (Fiscal Identification Code: G41968991 and key MPSAN E-027) are hereby informed, in accordance with that set forth in article 185.4 of the Law 20/2015, of the 14th of July, on the arrangement, supervision and solvency of the insurance and reassurance entities (LOSSEAR), by Order of the European Department of the Treasury and Finance of the Government of Andalusia of the 1st of July, 2022 (GAOSG number 132 of the 12th of July) whereby it was agreed to entrust the liquidation of the abovementioned entity to the CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS.

You should also know that the Consorcio covers up to the legal limit of the Compulsory insurance in force on the date when the claim occurred.
The rest of the amount not covered by the Compulsory Insurance for Motor Vehicles will be the amount that the CCS itself in its liquidating function will take into consideration in the liquidation and therefore it will offer, at the approved percentage, the acquisition of your credit.
