BRIEFING NOTE ON THE WINDING UP STATUS OF THE ENTITY 'ASOCIACIÓN Y MONTEPÍO DE PREVISIÓN SOCIAL DE AUXILIARES DE FARMACIA'26/06/2025
By Resolution of 4 June 2025, issued by the Directorate General for Financing of the Regional Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Valencian Regional Government (Generalitat Valenciana), it was agreed to dissolve the entity 'Asociación y Montepío de Previsión Social de Auxiliares de Farmacia', to revoke the administrative authorisation to carry out the insurance activity and to entrust its liquidation to Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS).
