Damage to persons and property when the entity that insured the vehicle that is generally parked in Spain has been declared bankrupt, in receivership or, having been dissolved and in a situation of insolvency is subject to a liquidation procedure or has been taken over by the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros itself.
