Surcharge auto-assessment.

• Procedure:
  1. Claims will be presented using the Surcharge Information System (S.I.R.), using the form available under the heading "Data Loading", "Individual Loading", "Environmental Damage".
  2. The PDF of the declared policies may be sent by email to the email address recargos@consorseguros.es, using the reference formed by the following:
     1. Organisation Key assigned by the DGSFP.
     2. Policyholder's Tax Identification Number.
     3. Policy number.
     4. Model M1.

        Example:

        Organisation key: C9999

        Policyholder's Tax ID: AXXXXXXXX

        Policy number: N2019-000312

        Modelo M1

        Name assigned to the PDF: C9999.AXXXXXXXX.N2019-000312.M1

  3. SEPA Direct debit order: A specific Business-to-Business direct debit order form will be filled in for the presentation of the environmental damage claims, in accordance with Annex 3, which may be downloaded using the attached link:
